Refund policy

At Banging Bakes, all of our products are made fresh to order and are perishable. For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any items once they have been dispatched. 

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or there is an issue with quality, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details. We will review the issue and may offer a replacement or refund where appropriate. 

Please note:

• We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers once your order has been dispatched.
• Incorrect delivery information provided at checkout may result in failed delivery, which is not eligible for a refund.
• Taste preferences are subjective and are not considered a valid reason for refunds.
